Threadjacking: Obviously, if it's a filtered or encrypted thread then no. Otherwise? Threadjack at will.
Backtagging: I am perfectly happy to backtag
Fourthwalling: I don't mind. Metal Gear barely has a fourth wall, anyway. The other three aren't very stable either.

Medical info: Raiden is a cyborg! What looks at first glance like a high tech suit of armor is actually his body, crafted from a mixture of advanced mechanical technology and CNT muscle fiber. The only part of him that is still human is his central nervous system. His blood is artificial and needs to be replaced with a synthetic blood transfusion if he loses too much.
What's okay to mention around him: Anything is fair game, but he may not always react well.
Notes for the psychics: Raiden has no real guards against psionic probing. Surface scanning will easily determine that he is a deeply troubled young man.
Abilities: Superhuman speed, strength, and agility. His sword can cut through (almost) anything.

Shipping etc: I never plan this sort of thing, so, only if something happens organically in play. Keep in mind there is a 99% chance nothing will, as he is married and extremely devoted to his wife.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Well, ask me first but I can't imagine why not.
Using spells on this character: Most of them will probably work unless they require a purely organic target. Ask me first about using spells, I will probably be okay with it.
Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact: Sure. Raiden might not enjoy it, but he has enough self control to not react with violence. Mostly, he's simply still uncomfortable in his new body.
Flirting: If you want.
Maim/murder/death: Sure, if it makes sense for a plot!
Fighting this character: Raiden fights using a violent combination of ninja and samurai techniques with no real care for his own safety. Outside of friendly sparring, he will keep fighting until either himself or his enemy lies dead.

IF "YES" WHAT CAN HE FIND OUT ABOUT THEM?: Amal is one of the doctors in Southtown, the one who established the clinic down there. He's dating TJ, the guy who runs the trade shop. He seems to be pretty nice, and he trains a lot with his crossbow and exercises regularly, jogging and such. There's more, but it depends on how deep he digs.
WHAT WILL HE SEE IF HE USES AR?: A human being, basically! Amal has no special additions to himself outside of scarring he's gotten here.

CAN RAIDEN TRACK YOUR CHARACTER?: Sure, if he has any reason to!
IF "YES" WHAT CAN HE FIND OUT ABOUT THEM?: TJ runs TSO, a popular trading post within Box, along with a few others. Which isn't much of a secret. What is a secret is where TJ keeps and grows a large portion of the illicit substances they sell at TSO, along with some of their more valuable stock. Beyond that, he is in a relationship with one of the clinic doctors, Amal Chakravarthy, and lives above his store.
He also has frequent excursions into unexplored parts of the Box looking for things to trade and add to the shop's stock, but that's on a situation basis and if it's relevant, we can totally work out Raiden being involved in one of these monthly field trips TSO does.
WHAT WILL HE SEE IF HE USES AR?: TJ is just your average, every day dude! He's tall, about 6'4", and very skinny (about 125lbs in his canon, in Box probably closer to 115lbs). As awkward as it is, the only real implants Raiden might find are the ones on his dick. :V Dude has a frenum ladder. Please do not look that up if you are faint of heart, all you need to know is he's got a line of barbells stickin' in down there...

CAN RAIDEN TRACK YOUR CHARACTER?: Sure but Kerrigan will probably notice him if he goes near the cave where she lives because she has flying balloon zerg overlords keeping an eye out
IF "YES" WHAT CAN HE FIND OUT ABOUT THEM?: She spends a lot of time in her cave and there are weird creatures that sometimes accompany her. I can't think of anything else beyond the fact that she's a naked alien lady with spikes/armor/deadly things all over her body and her eyes glow and she talks in your head

WHAT WILL HE SEE IF HE USES AR?: Kerrigan is warmer than a normal human and has better circulation and her carapace and all those sharp spiky bits on her body are very hard and dangerous. Also maybe weird organic activity in the tendrils on her head, I'm not sure if it'll show stuff that detailed.

WHAT WILL HE SEE IF HE USES AR?: Malthael's armor definitely isn't in there, but whatever is in there definitely isn't human. At all. It's literally just something solid and invisible and made of energy, and probably he and his wings are very cold.

IF "YES" WHAT CAN HE FIND OUT ABOUT THEM?: he stays in northtown a lot. Currently, he's a vampire - so he doesn't need to eat or breathe. Also sometimes drinks blood?? I'll edit this when he isn't one ingame anymore.
WHAT WILL HE SEE IF HE USES AR?: He has no pulse, and doesn't breathe. he's also normally cool body-temp wise, but becomes warm when he's fed.
FOURTH WALL: Is Raiden even interested in manga? I feel like that's otacon's department. if so go for it :V it's not like there haven't been bleach movies but eh.

IF "NO" HOW IS YOUR CHARACTER AVOIDING HIM?: He's very in tune with the shadows, canonically untraceable and generally a creature of the dark.
WHAT WILL HE SEE IF HE USES AR?: Dio's a vampire with no vital life signs. No pulse, no breathing, no body heat - no nothing. There's going to be no difference between what Raiden sees in AR and in real life, save for the fact that the AR will say that all these stats are zero, save for the height and weight. Probably the only time that Raiden will be able to detect anything is if he feeds on someone's blood, and that raises his body temperature to that of the blood.

CAN RAIDEN TRACK YOUR CHARACTER?: SURE WHY THE HELL NOT, though Hunk is very perceptive and while he probably won't be able to figure out it's Raiden stalking him with his super-stealthy ninja self, he'll definitely notice movement out of his peripherals and will generally feel unease when someone's watching him.
IF "YES" WHAT CAN HE FIND OUT ABOUT THEM?: Hunk doesn't wear any insignias indicating what operation he's from, so it's very unlikely Raiden would ever figure out he's working for Umbrella. And since there's no other RE characters in the game, it's pretty unlikely he'd be able to find out anything Resident Evil-verse related, either, unless Hunk explicitly tells him about it. But, yeah, good luck on that front.
Other than though, his abilities, what weapons he carries, the name engraved on his gun, his face--yeah, everything else is fair game! Hunk is also carrying with him a vial of the G-Virus, which is a highly lethal bio-weapon in liquid form.
WHAT WILL HE SEE IF HE USES AR?: Hunk is a regular soldier. The only thing Raiden might notice is he's had surgery for broken bones (so metal pins, etc.) and the like, which is really more headcanon than anything, but considering his job, there's no way Hunk came out of all of his missions unscathed.
The scarring on his face is a chemical burn and has effectively numbed the nerves most of the way down their roots. He can't see out of that eye so well, either, but shh, no one's supposed to know that.
FOURTH WALL: LUCKY YOU, Hunk has not made it into the Resident Evil movies and if Raiden watched them, then god help him.
FURTHER NOTES: errrrr, no I GUESS??? i am always open to random questions about this dude because he's 95% canon and 5% headcanon at this point.

IF "YES" WHAT CAN HE FIND OUT ABOUT THEM?: That he is not ashamed to eat rats if necessary. Also that he's probably stalking other people, and possibly plotting to kill them. He also grabs souls from them which appear as a white light(but due to mod permissions, he can only do so with non-player-characters!)
WHAT WILL HE SEE IF HE USES AR?: A pretty normal-looking guy, usually. He might notice the Darksign, which is a circular brand that marks him as Undead. And if he's in some sort of situation where he's in 'undead form', he'd see him looking kind of like a zombie.
FOURTH WALL: He probably won't know Dark Souls? But if you want him to know it, then that is super a-okay with me!

CAN RAIDEN TRACK YOUR CHARACTER?: Sure, why not
IF "YES" WHAT CAN HE FIND OUT ABOUT THEM?: Rook's gruff, an insomniac, he has few friends, he hangs out alone a lot, he likes to fish on the docks, he scavenges things, he steals a lot. Rook tends to sleep in the daylight hours and wander around at night. He lives with Poison - a little teenage girl - and has a horse. And some chickens with a very bad-tempered rooster.
WHAT WILL HE SEE IF HE USES AR?: Rook's a regular human, 5'10" and roughly 175 lbs. A year in the Box and he's lost a lot of the bulk and muscle he had from being a pilot/dragon rider, but he's still very fit and strong, and quicker than one might expect for such a large-framed man. Rook's ears are pierced, he wears heavy gold hoops in them. He wears around his neck a bit of machinery that has magic imbued into it still; it was part of his dragon and is made of magical steel and gold. It's about the size of a pocketwatch, but is wholly nonfunctional.
